Our team has over 200 years of experience between us of working at Board, Executive, and Senior Management levels for organisations across multiple industries and countries.
Most of us have deep experience of at least one industry sector, with Insurance, the UK Public Sector, Manufacturing, Defence and IT being most prevalent.
Shaping and delivering strategy, business operating models, global transformations and business/IT change portfolios is part of our DNA.
Our team includes people who are engaged by the UK Cabinet Office to lead reviews of, and advise on, the largest most complex “mega-programmes” (with budgets to £100Bn), and people who have written global project management standards for the PMI (Project Management Institute) as well as undertaking PhDs in leadership and managing complexity.
Over the years some of us have built organisations that delivered consultancy and interim management services, leveraging trusted associates who we had worked with while working for the large consultancies, such as PWC, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte.
We have pooled our associate contacts into a combined group of over 2,000 highly experienced advisors and interim managers who form the cornerstone of our service delivery model. This enhances our service delivery capabilities in areas such as Programme and Portfolio Management, Change Management, Target Operating Model design, data analytics, digital technologies, and of course, AI.
